Zach Grew up in Tyler and has been in the construction and Oil & Gas industry his entire career. He has owned and operated many businesses and led teams through major A&D projects. Zach has over a decade in the business, overseen 100’s of roof installations and worked with top manufacturers to find the best roofing products for your next project. “If you have storm damage we can help you”.

Neli Ortega-Hill

Co-Owner / VP Business Operations

Neli worked in the Oil and Gas industry for 10+ years before obtaining her real estate license in 2017. She has managed sales teams for 2 different real estate company’s and was top producing real estate agent in Dallas. She currently practices real estate with NextHome Neighbors in Tyler on top of handling the day to day business operations for Modern Roofing & Restoration.

Saul DeLaCruz

Senior Project Manager

Saul was born and raised in Tyler, graduated from Tyler Legacy High where he was on the soccer team. He then went on to UT Tyler where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he began in his father’s construction business before transitioning to sales. Saul oversees all construction for MRR and manages multiple projects coordinating with customers and installers daily. He consistently achieves outstanding results for our customers. Saul enjoys sports and supports teams like the Cowboys, Mavericks, Texas Rangers, FC Dallas and Stars. 

Brad Williams

Sales Manager

Brad was born and raised in north Georgia before relocating to Texas in 2016.  He started his roofing career in the Dallas/Fort Worth market where he quickly distinguished himself as a trustworthy & knowledgeable salesman.  He then advanced into management where he led a high performance sales team.  In 2021 he and his wife Carrie welcomed their first child into the world and they decided to move to East Texas where they could be closer to family.  Brad loves to be with his family on his days off and gets a round of golf in when he’s not busy helping his clients.
